    Used to be really good with returns. Lately I am finding I am getting fined for items returned within grace period. When I approached a staff member about it, she offered no assistance to check when I returned item, just told me to fill out a suggestion form. I have become very wary and will have to find some way of proof of returns because some staff think their system is totally foolproof. Most staff are friendly and helpful but I now have a shred of

    Beautiful space with great vibes. Has lots of facilities and friendly staff.

    I primarily came here to use the internet and found it to be very fast and easy to connect. There's a good area by the window where you can get power but sometimes they have events in there which means you have to find a place elsewhere and not many of those places have power points. Parking is plentiful and its a short walk from Burnside villiage if you want to go over there for lunch.
